At Kalena Adventures, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of camping gear, fishing gear, hiking gear, and luggage. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or delivery receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Customized or special-order products.

Return Process

  3. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Since Kalena Adventures operates on a cash on delivery basis, refunds will be issued through one of the following methods:

    • Replacement of the product with the same or similar item.

  • Refunds or replacements will only be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • In cases where the product delivered was defective, damaged, or incorrect, a full refund or replacement will be provided at no additional cost to the customer.

Exchanges

We allow exchanges for eligible products if you wish to replace your order with a different size, color, or item of equal value. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

International Orders

For international customers, return shipping costs may be higher and must be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
